Sign up for Patient Portal
You now have convenient, 24 hour access to our practice at the touch of a button.
With this portal, you can now:
- Request, view, or make changes to an appointment.
- Update your demographic and medical information.
- Request refills, update medications and pharmacy info.
- View your billing statement, and pay your bill.
- View your lab results.
- Ask the nurse a question.
(Please note: Rx refill requests may take up to 72 hrs, and require that you were here for your last scheduled appointment. Lab Results will be published when they have been reviewed by your provider, this may take up to 2 weeks.) Please note we are closed on Weekends and will answer your request on the next business day.
Step 1: Call our office with an active email address to activate your patient portal.
Step 2: You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with your username and password.
Step 3: Click on the email verification link and follow the instructions to activate your account by verifying your date of birth and zip code.
Step 4: Set your password. (we will not have access to this password)
From now on, you can access the Patient Portal through our website www.reddyallergy.com/patient-portal/ . Once you are there, please click on the logo- “Patient Portal”. You will be prompted to login.
New patients: Once logged in, you will be able to register by completing “Profile” and “Insurance”, on the left side of the screen. Then “Forms” at the top of the screen.
